The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey transitioned to remote instruction due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with MIIS policy, the decision was made to conduct the Monterey Summer Symposium on Russia (MSSR) 2020 in an online format. The dates of MSSR were June 22 - July 24.
