Covering the recent arrest of U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant Christopher Paul Hasson, Director Blazakis addresses how congress can enact legislation to create a domestic terrorism offense law. He also suggests making domestic terrorism as a criminal offense to prevent the rise of violent domestic groups already operating in the United States.
