The talk drew on Professor Bleek’s experience serving as a Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs in 2012 to 2013.

The meeting was focused specifically on counterterrorism financing, proliferation financing, and maritime facilitation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) proliferation.
