The Middlebury Institute offers 100% and 35% guaranteed tuition scholarships to Pickering Fellows and finalists respectively for eligible programs.
We have partnered with Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship (Pickering) to provide guaranteed scholarships to Pickering Fellows and finalists. We recognize your commitment to international policy and service as a valuable part of our campus community and global alumni network. Our alumni work with organizations like USAID, the United Nations, and the U.S. State Department. You will study with the leading experts in global security, sustainability, development, education, and language services.
For Fellows, the scholarship award will cover the difference between your Pickering Fellowship tuition assistance and full-time tuition at the Middlebury Institute for any of our in-person or online master’s degrees. In total, 100% of your tuition will be covered ($46K+ per year).
Please note that students will be responsible for any non-tuition fees, such as the student activity fee, required for enrollment.
We guarantee finalists a 35% scholarship ($16K+ per year) toward a Middlebury Institute in-person or online master’s degree.
